CurQfen delivers 45.5x better serum bioavailability and 347x enhanced blood-brain-barrier permeability of ‘free’ curcuminoids compared to standard 95% curcumin . With 70% absorption into the plasma, it’s clinically substantiated for optimal effectiveness.(1,2)
Supplementing with 500 mg of CurQfen twice daily for 30 days was found to significantly enhance working memory performance compared to baseline and standard 95% curcumin.(3) In a separate trial, 400 mg of CurQfen taken twice daily for 90 days improved cognitive health markers when compared to baseline, placebo, and standard 95% curcumin.(4)
CurQfen supplemented at a low dosage of 400 mg daily for just 6 weeks has been shown to support joint comfort, reflected in both subjective and objective outcomes such as inflammatory markers (IL-1beta, IL-6) and WOMAC scores in comparison to baseline measures. When compared to standard glucosamine HCL and chondroitin sulfate in a walking uphill treadmill protocol, CurQfen significantly enhanced functional physical outcomes.
Supplementing with 500 mg of CurQfen daily for 12 weeks, without changes to diet or exercise, significantly reduced brachial pulse pressure—a surrogate marker for aortic stiffness—and improved concentrations of homocysteine, HDL-C, and IL-10, compared to baseline and placebo.(6,7)
CurQfen supplementation at a dosage of 250 mg twice daily for 8 weeks significantly reduced elevated serum transaminases (ALT) and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) levels in regular alcohol consumers, compared to placebo.(8)
